"Graduating from the U of M, Morris with a Studio Art degree in 2016, I have continued to experiment with color, expression, and mediums. Growing up in small towns throughout my life as an only child has brought me a lot of inner and outer reflection of the mental realm.

 

In my art I like to depict mental illness/struggles in a cartoon depiction. Cartoons/animation have always struck me as more feeling and emotional; work that reaches your inner childish feelings.
The bright colors reflect my synesthesia; I hear certain sounds that come from certain colors and shapes, adding a type of visual noise."
